On March 10, 2023, the coordinators’ meeting was held in Gargnano, Brescia, Italy. All Central Asian coordinators attended the meeting offline and online to discuss various initiatives and collaborations. The meeting was considered a success and laid the groundwork for future steps.

Prof. Colosio opened a meeting with partners to discuss the financial situation of the project, which was in implementation with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. During the meeting, the partners discussed various funding options and potential sources of revenue.

The coordinators scheduled the final conference for October 25–27, 2023 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, which included a welcome address by prominent speakers, a full day of talks about the student research project, and an opening ceremony attended by all keynotes. The coordinators also will organize various workshops and breakout sessions to facilitate active participation and collaboration among attendees.

The next coordination meeting has been scheduled for May 10–11, 2023, in Utrecht. The coordinators plan to review the process of finalizing modules and discuss the specifics of the final conference at this meeting.

Lastly, with January 14, 2024, as the suggested deadline, the principal coordinator will discuss with EACEA the possibility of finishing the project earlier.
